The child neurology inpatient service is mainly consultative with an epilepsy monitoring unit, residents follow their own outpatient patients, and PGY-3 to PGY-5 call is home call only. Residents are encouraged to complete a multi-year research or QI project, and much of the patient population is from underserved rural communities.
