if I don't have the MSPE does it hamper any of my chances of the program directors not considering my application......i mean what's the importance of ''MSPE''  |

if you can get Dean's letter somehow even if they dont say much will be useful.
They are kind of required for review in many residency hospital. I would suggest go to your medical school try to get Dean's letter somehow.
There are samples of Deans' letter on this site that you can use. |
